Council-certified Indoor Environmentalist

In Hygieneering’s continuing commitment to serve our clients with superior service, Jillian Shannon, our lead Indoor Air Quality Consultant, received her Council-certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) certification. The certification is designed for environmental consultants, HVAC professionals, property inspectors, industrial hygienists, restoration contractors and others working in fields related to indoor air quality. Jillian met the prerequisite experience requirements and passed an examination given by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC). In receiving this certification, Jillian has demonstrated that she excels at diagnosing, resolving and preventing common IAQ problems, understands how a building’s HVAC system can control (and cause) IAQ problems and comprehends the fundamentals of building science.
